Dr. Vine Awarded Mount Sinai Hospital Robert Paradny, MD Award in Surgery
Dr. Vine was truly honored to receive the Dr. Robert Paradny Teaching Award in Surgery during his time as surgical attending at Mount Sinai Hospital. The recipient of this award is chosen by the chief residents and given to the surgical attending who exemplifies the traditions of caring and teaching set forth by Dr. Robert Paradny. This award is one of Dr. Vine’s most prized possessions.

At the annual meeting of the New York Chapter of The American College of Surgeons, Dr. Vine was presented with a citation on behalf of the New York State Assembly. He was recognized for his dedication to the New York Chapter and his commitment to safety and excellence in the medical field.
Dr. Vine Named 2025 Castle Connolly Top Doctor
Dr. Vine has been named one of Castle Connolly’s Top Doctors of 2025, placing him among the top 7% of doctors nationwide. This is truly an honor as recipients of this award have been nominated by their peers in the medical community.

On March 11, Dr. Vine was a guest speaker at the Medical Society of the State of New York’s Physician Advocacy Day. Dr. Vine, who is president of the New York Chapter of the American College of Surgeons, sat on the Specialty Societies Panel with several other physicians. The event was held at the NY State Capitol in Albany.

Uniting Surgeons for Advocacy: Dr. Anthony Vine Spearheads SSAT Lobby Day, Meeting With NY State Rep. Tom Suozzi on Capitol Hill
Dr. Anthony Vine, Dr. Shani Fruchter, medical student Grace Bloomfield and members of the Society for Surgery of the Alimentary Tract (SSAT) gathered on Capitol Hill for Lobby Day 2024. Dr. Vine led the charge, as SSAT members met with NY State Rep.
